SEMEN ANALYSIS

This is the first and the most basic of all investigations of the male partner. Yet if not done correctly it will lead the treatment in wrong direction. We give due respect to this simple test and do it by the strict Kruger criteria. We use the best chemicals for processing the semen and perform a detailed morphological analysis in all specimens. Our results are accurate and reproducible.

 

 

 

OVLATION INDUCTION

This forms the first line of treatment. It requires proper protocol and patient friendly consultation. Our protocol is evidence based and we have good pregnancy rates . Yet we do not stick to one drug for all and modify the regime as per the patient. All our treatment planning is according to the latest and proven guidelines.

 

 

 

 

IUI – HUSBAND /DONAR

IUI is an ART procedure at its simplest. Yet we take it as seriously as IVF. All cycles are monitored closely and the protocol is tailored according to the patient profile. We have so far been very successful in achieving good percentage of singleton pregnancies in our IUI cycles. As we have developed a semen bank we always use a cryopreserved sample in dinar cycles so that there is no risk of inadvertent infection and proper screening is done. We strictly adhere to the ICMR guidelines in protocol, banking, documentation and treatment

 

 

TESA

There are cases in which the husband is unable to produce semen or there is total absence of sperms in the sample. To provide such couples with the option to pursue the dream of their own child, we have the facility of TESA wherein we can directly extract sperms from the testis and perform an IVF therein

 

 

 

 

IVF

IVF is the central treatment option of ART. It involves extraction of female gamete and male sperms from body and allowing them to be fertilized in laboratory. In our IVF lab we have created an environment so clean that it has the same quality as that of the womb of a female. This single factor is the key to good results and defines the lab quality.

 

 

 

 

VF / ICSI

Sometimes when the sperm is such that it has lost the potential or the ability to fertilize its female counterpart – the ovum in spite of IVF then something else has to be done. This is ICSI wherein we inject a single sperm into the ovum and hence overcome the deficiencies of the sperm. This requires precision, expertise and least but not the last experience. This is where having a 15 yrs. experience of our embryologist helps. Our equipment is state of the art and complements the highly trained personnel and high end infrastructure that we have created
